Little Prelude in C

And then I thought, why not write a bunch of short organ preludes? So I started that project, which hopefully will help hone my keyboard writing!

So I figured I'll put out one a week until I run out of ideas.

Back to it

Well. April was... a month. Definitely a month.

I won't get too much in to it, but just by way of explanation:

• I sang in two choir concerts;
• I attended three funerals in the space of two weeks
• I moved from one end of the city to another
• I (with a good friend) planned a series of concerts for next season.

So. Back to the writing.

I've been plunking down a few hymn tunes and organ preludes with the plan of both expanding my portfolio, keeping my ideas sharp, and having a goal to accomplish. So here's the first such hymn tune:
