At #35 of Voices United we find the famous Christmas tune, "In sweet celebration," most commonly used with the words "Good Christian Men/Friends, Rejoice," In Dulci Jubilo has a setting here for three-part women's voices, although it needn't be so restrictive as that. It's set with melody in the lower staff and two-part harmony in the upper staff, but the voices cross one another regularly and readily.

Further in is Regent Square, a good, solid Victorian tune, #36 in the book. That'll be fun.
