I like one. I like lots of them. By all sorts of composers, in all sorts of styles. So I wrote one for the organ, imitating the Viennese style by calling for the second beat to come in early.
I chose to put the rather simplistic pedal line in the left-hand staff as I find it much easier to read and play like this rather than having a third staff to monitor, even with the left hand leading the melody.
